Hat Tutorial ; La mia Fancy yarn with pom pom is our Knitting Hat kit which you can quickly finish your project in 30 minutes with only 1 ball of La mia and nothing else!
This hat tutorial is very easy to follow, only you have to know the basic of how to knit which you can find easily on internet. Perfect for beginning knitters who want to make a hat but dont know how to use double pointed needles.
I am using La Mia Luna for an example for this hat tutorial but we also have a lot of model for you to select according to the materials you like.
Materials:
Abbreviation:
- St(s): Stitch(s)
- K: Knit
- P: Purl
- K2tog: Knit 2 stitches together
- P2tog: Purl 2 stitches together
Size: For adult, approximately 24 cm (9.45″) height. this is the biggest size we recommend for 1 ball of Lamia fancy yarn, in case you make for baby/kid, you can cast on 40 sts instead.
Hat Tutorial:
Cast on 60 sts
Row 1-4: Work in 1×1 Rib (K1, P1)
Continue in Stockinette Stitch until the workpieces measure 20cm (7.87”)
Row 1: (2k, 2ktog) repeat till the end (45)
Row 2: (1k, 2ktog) repeat till the end (30)
Row 3: (2ktog) repeat till the end (15)
Row 4: (2ptog) repeat 7 times, 1P (8)
Finish by thread through the 8 sts and sew the seam to complete your hat. Don’t forget to join the pom-pom in and this is it, we done!
